Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and control all warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate storage, handling, and distribution of goods
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet productivity targets
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including regular stock counts and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and warehouse activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
