Join Muria Sumba Manis as a Kepala Gudang and lead our warehouse operations in Sumba Timur. This critical role requires a detail-oriented leader to oversee the entire logistics chain, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You'll optimize inventory systems, implement safety protocols, and coordinate with suppliers and transportation partners to maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency while maintaining accurate stock records and fostering a productive work environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Lead and develop warehouse teams to ensure high productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintenance procedures
- Optimize space utilization and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office applications
