Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and sales departments to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, KPI achievements, and operational challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking management and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Barat.
