Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise sample preparation teams to ensure accurate and efficient geological sample processing
- Implement strict quality control protocols for sample handling and documentation
- Coordinate with geology and laboratory departments to meet project deadlines
- Train team members on advanced sample preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Optimize sample workflows to maintain productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with mining industry standards and company regulations
- Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues in sample preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in geological sample preparation methodologies
- Strong knowledge of mining quality control standards and procedures
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with mining software and laboratory equipment systems
- Certification in mining safety management is highly desirable
