We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Kepala Logistik (Logistics Manager) to lead our operations in Surabaya and Makassar. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional capable of overseeing complex warehouse operations, optimizing supply chain workflows, and ensuring seamless distribution to meet the high standards of our healthcare partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and implement rigorous cycle counting programs to minimize shrinkage.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize logistics workflows and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse premises.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and transport to ensure supply chain alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across different geographic locations (Surabaya & Makassar).
- Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Proven ability to solve complex logistical problems and improve operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to travel between Surabaya and Makassar as required for operational oversight.
