PT Sumber Bintang Perkasa is a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Kepala Produksi to lead our production operations in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing cycle, ensuring that our production targets are met with the highest quality standards, efficiency, and safety protocols.
As the Head of Production, you will act as a strategic leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee all production activities to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.
- Manage and optimize production schedules to maximize machine utilization and labor efficiency.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company specifications.
- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to safety regulations (K3).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity.
- Manage the production budget, including labor costs, raw material inventory, and maintenance expenses.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and improvement plans for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English skills.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
