Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the physical therapy department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring rehabilitation services
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other medical departments to provide integrated patient care
- Oversee department budget, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies
- Mentor and develop physical therapy staff through training and professional development
- Monitor and improve department performance metrics and patient outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Valid Indonesian physical therapy license
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing healthcare teams and department operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
