Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Cengkareng. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company for our most valued clients, responsible for maintaining high-level relationships and driving revenue growth within our freight forwarding division.
You will be tasked with managing a portfolio of 35+ active accounts, categorized into VVIP, VIP, and Growth tiers. This position requires a strategic mindset to execute retention programs and identify new opportunities to expand our service footprint. The ideal candidate possesses deep industry knowledge in logistics, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retention and growth strategies for a portfolio of 35+ VVIP, VIP, and Growth accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue streams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to align our logistics solutions with their evolving business needs.
- Coordinate with internal operations, documentation, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery and on-time freight movement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Resolve complex client escalations promptly to maintain long-term professional relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to manage high-value client portfolios and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
