PT Comen Biomedical Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to lead our expansion within top-tier private hospital groups. As a key player in the medical device industry, Comen is dedicated to providing cutting-edge biomedical solutions that improve patient outcomes.
In this role, you will be the primary architect of our relationships with large hospital groups in Indonesia. You will leverage your deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape to identify growth opportunities, cultivate long-term partnerships, and position our medical technologies as the standard of care. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for key private hospital groups to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with hospital executives, procurement leads, and clinical decision-makers.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and technical product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitors within the private healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including clinical applications and technical support, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and regular progress reports to management.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Comen’s biomedical product portfolio to provide expert consultative advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Medical Device Sales, specifically targeting hospital groups.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and exceeding sales quotas in the medical sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian hospital procurement processes and government healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients across the Jakarta region and beyond.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
