Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of cheesecakes and pastries according to standardized company recipes.
- Monitor oven temperatures, proofing times, and mixing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of raw ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Decorate and finish products for retail display, ensuring high aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and report any technical issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a bakery, café, or pastry kitchen.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, food safety, and sanitation protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet tight production deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality desserts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting if required.
- Possess a relevant culinary certification or vocational degree in hospitality or baking (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
