Tanggung Jawab
- Design personalized coaching programs for career transitions, relationships, and mental wellness
- Conduct 1-on-1 sessions using evidence-based methodologies (CBT, NLP)
- Develop actionable strategies for goal achievement and habit formation
- Track client progress through digital platforms and quarterly reviews
- Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness and emotional intelligence
- Maintain strict confidentiality per ethical coaching standards
- Collaborate with psychologists for complex case referrals
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 2 years professional coaching experience
- Certified by ICF (International Coaching Federation) or equivalent
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
- Proficient in digital coaching tools (Zoom, Notion, CRM)
- Deep understanding of Sumateran cultural contexts
- Valid First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certification
