Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers for integrated care coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Lead community mental health workshops and outreach programs
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
Kualifikasi
- S1 Psikologi dengan spesialisasi Kesehatan Mental
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman klinis praktik
- Sertifikasi resmi dari Asosiasi Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI)
- Kompetensi dalam terapi kognitif-perilaku dan terapeutik interpersonal
- Kemampuan komunikasi lintas budaya yang kuat
- Pengalaman kerja dengan populasi remaja dan dewasa
- Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim multidisiplin
