Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate fleet operations including vehicle allocation, driver scheduling, and route planning
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage documentation including permits, insurance, and vehicle inspection reports
- Analyze fleet performance metrics (fuel consumption, delivery times, maintenance costs)
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Implement cost optimization strategies for fleet operations
- Prepare regular performance reports for management review
- Train and mentor drivers on safety protocols and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Valid SIM C license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills for operational data interpretation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
