Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans and patient journeys across departments
- Facilitate smooth communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers

- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

Kualifikasi
- S1 Kesehatan, Manajemen Rumah Sakit, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare coordination or patient services
- Proficiency in Indonesian with exceptional communication skills
- Certification in Healthcare Management (Kepelatihan Kesehatan) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Deep understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
