Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Quote to Cash lifecycle, including order entry, validation, and contract fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and order discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with global financial policies and internal audit requirements.
- Analyze transaction data to identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Accounting, and IT, to streamline revenue operations.
- Prepare accurate financial documentation and maintain data integrity within SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Provide timely reports on order status, revenue pacing, and operational performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, or Accounts Receivable processes.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and order-to-cash workflows.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
