Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust KPI tracking systems for logistics and manufacturing operations
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to establish realistic performance targets
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on KPI insights
- Coordinate with IT teams to optimize data collection and reporting tools
- Lead cross-functional reviews to align KPIs with organizational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in KPI management or operational analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics/manufacturing metrics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
