Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver B2B goods using motorcycles or company vehicles per SOP guidelines
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Ensure goods are handled securely and delivered in optimal condition
- Coordinate with operational teams for route optimization
- Perform vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Resolve delivery-related customer inquiries promptly
- Submit daily delivery reports and expense documentation
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle) or SIM A+B (car) license
- Minimum 1 year courier/delivery experience
- Personal vehicle in good working condition
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Strong knowledge of Surabaya road networks
- Physical ability to handle packages (up to 20kg)
- Excellent time management and self-discipline
- Basic administrative and documentation skills
