Tanggung Jawab
- Timely pickup and delivery of packages to designated locations across Jakarta Raya
- Verify package integrity and documentation before departure and upon delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time tracking updates
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols during transit
- Provide professional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues, delays, or damages immediately to logistics supervisor
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK)
- Valid SIM C license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Familiarity with Jakarta's road network and traffic patterns
- Physical fitness to handle package lifting (up to 20kg)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Integrity and reliability with no history of theft/loss incidents
