Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lab technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and systems.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, identifying non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze lab data and results, preparing reports and providing insights for process improvement.
- Manage lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory supervisory or quality control leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP) and laboratory best practices.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
