Tanggung Jawab
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments following standard procedures and protocols
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for testing and analysis
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records
- Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in research projects and contribute to method development and optimization
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and improve processes
- Participate in laboratory inventory management and ordering of supplies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Previous laboratory experience preferred, especially in a manufacturing or research setting
- Strong attention to detail and precision in handling samples and data
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with colleagues
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and documentation
