In this hands-on role, you'll directly support engineers in executing critical laboratory operations, including advanced cross-sectioning, SEM/EDX analysis, and specialized dye & pry processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist engineers with hands-on laboratory operations including cross-sectioning and sample preparation
- Perform SEM/EDX analysis and material characterization using advanced instrumentation
- Execute dye & pry processes for failure analysis and material testing
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations with precision
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized laboratory workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Proficiency in SEM/EDX operation and analytical techniques
- Familiarity with cross-sectioning methods and sample preparation protocols
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and ISO standards
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
