Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct experimental procedures and assist in the development of new products under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, ensuring all data is logged for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples, adhering strictly to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in inventory management, including the ordering and tracking of lab supplies and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the laboratory environment.
- Analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports for internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in an R&D or industrial laboratory setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, quality control processes, and scientific methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory instruments (e.g., microscopes, centrifuges, spectrometers).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is an added advantage.
