- Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests to evaluate polymer resin properties including tensile strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance
- Operate and maintain specialized testing equipment such as rheometers, spectrometers, and mechanical testers
- Document test procedures, results, and observations with meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new testing methodologies and validate material specifications
- Analyze test data to identify quality trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and ISO/ASTM testing standards
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in polymer testing or material analysis laboratory environment
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment including rheometers, DSC, TGA, and mechanical testers
- Familiarity with polymer testing standards (ASTM, ISO) and quality control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex material property data
- Detail-oriented approach with precise documentation capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaborative communication skills
- Certification in laboratory safety protocols or quality management systems preferred
