Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex laboratory tests with 99% accuracy across hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry departments
- Maintain strict quality control protocols and calibration schedules for all instruments
- Train junior technicians on SOP implementation and safety procedures
- Document test results using LIS systems with zero tolerance for data discrepancies
- Collaborate with physicians to provide timely diagnostic interpretations
- Ensure compliance with Kemenkes regulations and ISO 15189 standards
- Participate in external quality assurance programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital laboratory settings
- Certified as Laboran Kesehatan from Kemenkes (STRK)
- Expertise in automated analyzers (Sysmex, Roche, Beckman)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and waste management
- Proficient in LIS systems (e.g., MedLab, PathNet)
- Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting instrument issues
- Valid BPJS Kesehatan certification
