Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with strict specifications.
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety protocols, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Calibrate, operate, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment with precision.
- Document all test results accurately and promptly, including error logs, deviation reports, and batch records.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, or potential issues in the manufacturing process and communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to troubleshoot technical issues and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the validation of new testing methods and the continuous improvement of laboratory workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a chemical laboratory or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, Titration, or UV-Vis Spectroscopy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate clear, professional reports.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 accreditation processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental standards.
