Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology analyses
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following standard protocols
- Interpret test results and prepare detailed technical reports
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide timely diagnostic insights
- Participate in laboratory inventory management and reagent ordering
- Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Certification in laboratory technology (e.g., MLT, MT) advantageous
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards
