Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results
- Manage laboratory budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies
- Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation, including SOPs and quality control records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems and data management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MLT, MLS, or equivalent) are required
