Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including workflow scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (ISO/GMP)
- Manage laboratory inventory, procurement cycles, and equipment maintenance schedules
- Lead and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder communications to support research objectives
- Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and performance metrics for operational excellence
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years laboratory experience with 2+ years in coordination/management roles
- Proven expertise in quality systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Proficiency in LIMS systems and laboratory automation technologies
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RAC, CLM) or Six Sigma/Lean methodology training
