Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of agricultural samples using spectrophotometers and chromatography equipment
- Maintain calibration and cleanliness of laboratory instruments per SOP guidelines
- Document test results accurately in LIMS systems with attention to regulatory compliance
- Prepare reagents and samples following established safety protocols
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train junior staff on laboratory procedures and equipment operation
- Collaborate with R&D team to develop new testing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science
- Minimum 2 years laboratory experience in agricultural or food testing
- Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry techniques
- Certification in ISO 17025 or GMP standards preferred
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems
