- Conduct comprehensive battery performance, safety, and durability testing protocols
- Analyze and interpret electrochemical data to validate product specifications
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure precision testing
- Document test procedures, results, and technical reports with meticulous accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience in battery/electrochemical testing
- Proficiency in using battery testing equipment (e.g., potentiostats, environmental chambers)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data interpretation
- Familiarity with ISO and IEC battery testing standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
