Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily laboratory operations and assign tasks to technical staff
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Implement quality control procedures and validate test results
- Manage laboratory equipment maintenance and inventory control
- Train and mentor junior laboratory personnel
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines
- Optimize laboratory workflows for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of GLP/GMP standards and laboratory safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Experience in staff training and performance evaluation
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
