Tanggung Jawab
- Execute laboratory testing procedures according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies at every stage of work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free laboratory environment through proactive monitoring and mutual supervision.
- Document test results accurately and maintain comprehensive records to support audit-ready compliance.
- Operate and perform routine calibration on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or deviations in the laboratory workflow to the team lead.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and safety initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related science field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Proficient in using laboratory instrumentation and computer software for data entry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based culture.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
