Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with precision and adherence to protocols
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment including spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and autoclaves
- Document experimental procedures, results, and equipment maintenance in compliant electronic systems
- Prepare reagents, samples, and calibration standards following SOPs and safety guidelines
- Assist in method validation and optimization of analytical procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve workflows
- Participate in internal audits and quality control initiatives
- Stay updated with industry advancements through continuous learning
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related life science field
- Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory experience in industrial or research setting
- Strong knowledge of GLP principles and laboratory safety protocols
- Proficiency in analytical instrumentation and data analysis software
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving abilities with systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Valid laboratory safety certification preferred
