Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process samples according to established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain a variety of laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy.
- Accurately record, compile, and analyze experimental data and test results in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
- Perform routine quality control checks and maintain detailed documentation for audit readiness.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, GxP (Good Laboratory Practices), and company policies at all times.
- Assist with the inventory management of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and reagents.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions and report complex issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) working in a laboratory setting, preferably in an industrial or research environment.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques, equipment (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers, centrifuges), and glassware.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality control principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in performing tasks and recording data.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
