Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on food products
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (HPLC, spectrophotometers, etc.)
- Document test results accurately in compliance with ISO standards
- Assist in developing and optimizing testing protocols
- Monitor raw materials and finished products for quality parameters
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and safety compliance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory experience in food manufacturing
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow precise procedures
- Basic knowledge of microbiological testing methods
- Good communication and documentation skills
