Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications
- Set up and calibrate machinery for different materials and production requirements
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a lathe operator
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of lathe machines
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
