We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead QC Lab Analyst to join a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) in the chemical industry. Located in the strategic industrial hub of Jurong Island, this is an excellent opportunity for a chemistry professional to advance their career within a stable and well-established organization.
As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control operations, ensuring product compliance, and mentoring junior staff. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a 12-hour rotating shift, offering a comprehensive benefits package including AWS, annual bonuses, and company transport. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses using standard laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and reports in compliance with GLP and GMP standards.
- Perform instrument calibration and troubleshoot technical issues with laboratory machinery.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling chemicals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control (QC) laboratory environment.
- Experience working in 12-hour rotating shifts is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, or AAS.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety standards, hazardous waste disposal, and chemical handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
