Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure laboratory output meets internal and external quality standards.
- Perform complex chemical analysis and testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced instrumentation (e.g., GC, HPLC, Titrators).
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for analytical equipment and investigate non-conformance issues to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory data in compliance with GLP and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with production and engineering departments to streamline testing processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Supervise laboratory safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace environmental and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on analytical techniques and instrument operation.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review and regulatory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control or laboratory setting within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory analytical equipment (GC, HPLC, Spectrophotometry).
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001/17025 standards and chemical safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 12-hour rotating shift environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
