Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the execution of Nium’s global regulatory compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with local and international standards.
- Manage cross-border regulatory requirements and monitor changes in financial regulations across key markets.
- Collaborate closely with product, legal, and operations teams to embed compliance into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks proactively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external compliance bodies in Singapore.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
- Investigate and manage compliance breaches, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, or risk management within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of Singapore Monetary Authority (MAS) regulations and global payment compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, EMV).
- Proven track record of leading compliance teams and managing cross-functional projects in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
