Are you an experienced engineering professional looking for a pivotal role in Singapore's residential development sector? C@nspecs Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated **Lead Resident Technical Officer** to oversee a critical Housing & Development Board (HDB) Built-To-Order (BTO) project. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of site works, ensuring that all construction activities strictly adhere to architectural and structural drawings, as well as relevant safety regulations and compliance standards. We are looking for a proactive leader who holds an IES/ACES accreditation and brings over 5 years of specialized experience in the BTO sector. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest quality standards and driving project success from inception to completion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) team on-site, ensuring effective coordination and workflow.
- Ensure strict compliance with all HDB drawings, specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify defects promptly.
- Manage site supervision works, specifically focusing on Civil & Structural (C&S) elements of the BTO project.
- Coordinate closely with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Submit timely progress reports, material testing certificates, and documentation to the principal authority.
Kualifikasi
- Accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on HDB Built-To-Order (BTO) projects.
- Sound knowledge of Civil & Structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
