Shopee is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Service Point Planning and Support to join our SPX Express team. In this key leadership role, you will drive operational excellence and optimize our logistics network to ensure seamless delivery experiences for millions of users across the region. You will be responsible for monitoring critical performance metrics, including service levels, on-time performance, and overall customer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and network expansion.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensuring that all service points operate efficiently and meet Shopee's high standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the end-to-end planning, expansion, and optimization of service points to support Shopee's logistics growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
  • Network Optimization: Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and optimize branch layouts, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Performance Management: Ensure all branches adhere to Shopee's operational standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with logistics, engineering, and customer service teams to align on network strategies and resolve complex operational issues.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead special projects related to service point setup, relocation, and process automation.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs across the SPX network.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics planning, network operations, or service point management within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to interpret metrics, forecast demand, and generate actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex operational projects, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, make data-driven decisions, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics operations, last-mile delivery, and the e-commerce ecosystem.
