Join Mapan Group as a Production Leader and drive operational excellence in our frozen food manufacturing facility. This pivotal role requires you to oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with targets, SOPs, and quality standards while maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic work environment. You'll lead a dedicated team to optimize productivity, minimize waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, particularly in frozen products, and demonstrate expertise in team leadership, process optimization, and compliance with food safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production operations to meet quality, quantity, and efficiency targets
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities
- Lead and mentor production staff, ensuring proper training and skill development
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and HACCP requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of workplace safety
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in production leadership within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of frozen food production processes and cold chain management
- Proven experience implementing SOPs and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management
- Certification in HACCP or food safety management is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
