Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Develop e-learning modules, workshop materials, and performance support tools
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to create personalized development plans
- Manage LMS platforms and ensure seamless learning technology integration
- Facilitate leadership development and soft skills workshops
- Stay updated on L&D trends and implement innovative learning methodologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate L&D or training roles
- Strong instructional design skills with experience in various delivery methods
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience in needs assessment and program evaluation
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
