Tanggung Jawab
- Edit and proofread legal documents including case law, statutes, and commentary to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Apply legal citation standards (Bluebook/ALWD) and maintain editorial style guides
- Collaborate with legal experts to refine content and address complex legal terminology
- Research and verify legal precedents, references, and jurisdictional nuances
- Manage editorial workflows, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement content improvement strategies for legal publications
- Stay current with evolving legal frameworks and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, English, or related field; JD/Law degree preferred
- 3+ years of legal editing or publishing experience
- Expertise in legal citation standards and editorial style guides
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex texts
- Strong research skills for legal verification and content development
- Proficiency in editorial tools (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Singapore's legal system advantageous
