Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary communication link between internal departments and external partners, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and coordinate solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Facilitate the resolution of inquiries, complaints, and requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation related to projects and communications.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements to foster strong partnerships.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners and team members by providing guidance and essential information.
  • Conduct local travel within Cavite as needed to represent the company and ensure seamless collaboration.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Liaison Officer, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, or relevant local regulations is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cavite and nearby areas.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
