Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and maintain the library's physical and digital collections through systematic cataloging and classification.
- Provide reference services and research assistance to students, faculty, and the general public.
- Manage library circulation operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and tracking of materials.
- Assist in the procurement of new books, periodicals, and digital subscriptions based on user needs.
- Implement library policies and procedures to ensure an orderly and conducive learning environment.
- Perform inventory audits and database maintenance to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct library orientation sessions and promote information literacy among patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS).
- Must be a Licensed Librarian (Registered Librarian) by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Strong knowledge of library automation systems, MARC21, and Dewey Decimal Classification.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective patron engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic library management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and archival projects.
- Strong commitment to providing equitable access to information and library resources.
