We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Company Secretary to join our team in Shah Alam. As our Licensed Company Secretary, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, providing expert guidance on governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial matters. You will play a crucial role in shaping our corporate strategy by facilitating seamless communication between the board, management, and stakeholders. This position offers a competitive salary range of RM 7,500 to RM 10,000, reflecting the seniority and specialized expertise required for the role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all corporate secretarial and statutory compliance matters in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Organize, coordinate, and attend Board of Directors, Board Committee, and General Meetings (AGM/EGM).
- Prepare and draft accurate agendas, minutes of meetings, and board resolutions in a timely manner.
- Liaise effectively with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other relevant regulatory authorities.
- Maintain and update all statutory records, registers, and minute books.
- Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Handle corporate exercises such as share issuances, transfers, allotments, and company incorporations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and legal counsel to facilitate compliance audits and corporate reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Secretary (LS) under Section 235(2) of the Companies Act 2016 or a member of a prescribed professional body (MAICSA, MIA, MACS, etc.).
- Possess a professional degree in Law, Corporate Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in corporate secretarial practice.
- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM online filing systems (MBRS).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
