- Develop and execute personalized life insurance strategies aligned with client financial goals
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individual and corporate clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular consultations
- Explain complex insurance products in accessible terms to diverse client segments
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to optimize policy structures

- Train clients on policy benefits and claims procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or financial planning
- Valid life insurance certification (e.g., CFP, LOMA, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and product matching
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales platforms
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
