- Oversee daily production line activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations
- Coordinate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to maintain workflow
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
- Train and mentor production staff on standard operating procedures and best practices
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production line coordination or manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles is a plus
