Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the small pack production line to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, GMP standards, and company policies on the production floor.
- Monitor product quality in real-time and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance and planning departments to schedule production runs and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor raw material consumption and inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Prepare and analyze daily production reports to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMK) or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Line Leader or Production Supervisor role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform shift work and work in a factory setting.
